⭐ OFFICIAL RULES — LEGITTY RENT DROP (PRE-LAUNCH VERSION)

These Official Rules govern future Legitty Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
No Sweepstakes is currently active.
By signing up on our website, you are joining a notification list only — you are not entering a Sweepstakes at this time.

These Rules will apply once an official Rent Drop is launched.
Until then, no prize is offered and none is owed.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes will be sponsored by Legitty, operated by its creator (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform.

2. Pre-Launch Status (Important)

Legitty is currently in a pre-launch phase. This means:

  • No prize is currently being offered

  • No Sweepstakes is running

  • No entries are being accepted

  • No winner will be selected

  • No prize is owed to any person

Submitting your information on our website adds you to a notification list only.

A Sweepstakes begins only when Sponsor publicly announces:

  • The prize

  • The start date

  • The end date

  • That the entry form is officially open

Until that announcement is made, you have not entered a Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility (Applies Once Launched)

Once a Sweepstakes is active, it will be open only to:

  • Legal residents of the United States

  • Age 18 or older at the time of entry

Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter (Applies Once Launched)

When a Rent Drop officially launches, Sponsor will announce:

  • The entry method

  • Entry dates

  • Prize details

  • Any bonus entry system

  • Any SMS option

Entry will always be free and require no purchase.

During pre-launch, joining the notification list is not an entry.

5. Prize (Applies Once Announced)

A prize (such as a cash amount toward rent) will be announced once a Sweepstakes officially launches.

Until then:

  • No prize is currently active

  • No prize is guaranteed

  • No prize is owed

Prize details for each drop will be specified at launch.

6. Winner Selection (Applies After Launch)

Once a Sweepstakes is active, one winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the announced Entry Period.

No winner will be selected during pre-launch.

7. Notifications

During pre-launch, users may receive:

  • Updates

  • Launch announcements

  • Early-access info

These are not entry confirmations or winner notifications.

8. Taxes (Applies Only Once a Prize Is Awarded)

Winners may be required to complete a W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC if annual prizes exceed $600.

This does not apply until a prize is actually awarded.

9. Privacy

During pre-launch, personal information is collected solely to notify users about launch updates.

No personal information will be sold.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may:

  • Delay launch

  • Modify future Sweepstakes

  • Cancel, suspend, or adjust a Sweepstakes prior to opening

  • Decide not to launch a Sweepstakes

Because no Sweepstakes is currently active, Sponsor has no obligation to award any prize until a Sweepstakes is officially announced and opened.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
